Guidance and Support: We’ll provide you with the necessary resources and guidance to apply for a new OLA Club in your community.

List of Executive Officers: Provide a list of key individuals who will be incorporating and serving on the executive of the new club, detailing their roles and responsibilities.
Profile of the Association: Create a comprehensive profile that outlines the club's mission, vision, objectives, and targeted community.
Scope of Lacrosse Operation: Describe the Lacrosse activities and programs the club intends to offer, including age groups and sectors of Lacrosse (e.g., box, field, women’s field).
Constitution & Bylaws: Submit a formal document detailing the club's foundational rules, structure, and governance policies, ensuring they align with Ontario’s Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA) for legal compliance and organizational integrity.
Detailed Operating Budget: Present a clear and itemized financial plan that outlines expected income, expenses, and resource allocation for the club's operations.
Partnership Support: Showcase any backing or endorsements from local businesses, community organizations, or other relevant entities that support the establishment of the new club.
